Tokyo’s Blue Hour

This painting captures Tokyo during the blue hour, just after sunset, with the city in cool blue tones and Tokyo Tower glowing in warm yellow light. The contrast between the colors highlights the energy of the city at night. This was my first commissioned piece, which made the project even more exciting as I worked to bring someone’s vision to life. It was a great opportunity to practice balancing color and lighting while creating a piece that reflects Tokyo’s unique atmosphere.
